Funtastic!
Very fun book. The author has a sense of humor and you feel like she is directly conversing to you while you read.
The topic focuses on shopping for things you don't need to fill a void, but this can be applicable to other things that you use in your life to use the same void.
Highly recommend!

Relatable, funny and emotionally intelligent book. Nicely explains why we buy more than we need, and how to stop that. She explains the deep roots of overconsumption, including some psychological traps like shame, escapism, the illusion of control we get from things. I liked the style, not preaching but conversational, a lot of self reflection with humor, what helped me question my own emotional habits behind buying stuff. The book was genuinely helpful, not just motivational hype and noise. Would recommend 100%

[The book is] thoughtful, eye-opening, and surprisingly relatable—as if your favorite therapist and best friend teamed up for a heart-to-heart intervention in the Target aisle.
This book doesn’t just help you save money; it helps you save yourself...

A very helpful and interesting book, it should be in secondary schools. Personal stories and humour make it more entertaining and relatable. The content is so true.
